I found Michelle online and asked if she would work on a smaller budget project to help me move from a larger apartment to a smaller guest house. She was willing to do so and came to my home to see what I liked. Then we drove over to the guest house and she measured everything and did up a space plan. She was professional; honest (which I wanted and needed) and helped me figure out what I needed to get moved in with a budget I could afford.
